Common reasons people come to therapy
Your first session
A first conversation
No pressure, no judgement — we take time to understand what's brought you here and what you'd like to get out of therapy.
An approach that fits you
Your therapist works with you to agree how often you'll meet and what approach suits you best — this is your process.
Ongoing sessions
Regular sessions in a consistent, private space — in person in Dublin, with online sessions available where appropriate.
Common questions
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. What you share in session is confidential, in line with professional ethical guidelines — the only exceptions are the standard safeguarding limits your therapist will explain clearly at your first session.
How long is a session?
Sessions typically run 50 minutes, at a regular time each week or fortnight, depending on what works for you.
Do I need a referral?
No — you can book a first session directly with us.
Is this a medical emergency service?
No. If you or someone you know is in crisis or immediate danger, please contact emergency services (112/999) or the Samaritans (116 123, free, 24/7) rather than booking online.
