FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No — you can book directly with us. If you have a referral from your GP or consultant, bring it along to your first session.

How long is a session?

Your first assessment is typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30–45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement of the area we're treating — activewear works well.

Can physiotherapy be combined with chiropractic or psychotherapy?

Yes — that's exactly what "integral" means at Vitalis. If it would help your recovery, your physiotherapist can coordinate directly with our other practitioners.
